Abstract

Nutritional problems in Indonesia remain a major challenge, particularly in the form of stunting, wasting, obesity, and micronutrient deficiencies. One effort to address these issues is by improving the competency of nutrition students, especially in nutritional status assessment and the use of nutritional analysis software. This community service aimed to enhance students' skills in accurate anthropometric measurements and mastery of the WHO Anthro Plus and NutriSurvey applications. The activity included lectures, hands-on practice, discussions, and evaluations. The results showed improved students' ability in conducting nutritional assessments and utilizing software for data interpretation. Participants demonstrated high enthusiasm, although technical issues related to equipment and software were encountered. The evaluation concluded that the activity was effective in enhancing students’ competence and is recommended for sustainable implementation.
